Role Summary As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, assisting in their purchase decisions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying buying experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Explain features, specifications, and benefits of products (kitchen appliances, electronics, etc.). Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Prepare sales invoices and coordinate with billing and delivery teams. Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards. Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and new launches. Who Can Apply We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of showroom or retail sales experience. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales techniques. Passion for customer service and sales. Willingness to learn and grow in a showroom environment. Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi preferred.
